From the movie Gladiator (2000), the scene that I like is almost the last scene of the movie, during the fight of Commodus with Maximus in the arena. Maximus manages to disarm Commodus, while General Quintus disobey the emperor's demand for his sword and also commands his soldiers to do the same. Although General Quintus has betrayed Maximus before, but Quintus shows the fairness in this situation, he does not give Commodus his sword. Commodus uses his hidden stiletto, but Maximus plunges the blade into Commodus' throat and kills him. This would be a good ending for this movie, but unfortunately Maximus has been stabbed by Commodus with a stiletto before they enter the arena.
Although this is the scene that Maximus died but lastly he has carried out Emperor Marcus' wishes, return power to the Roman Senate. For Maximus, completing mission yet no regret is the most important wish for a warrior.
