How Is The Matrix's Monomyth & Plato's Allergory of the Cave Concept are related?

The "Matrix" is a movie are showing about a human reality. I was get an idea that from the movie that was when you are in a real world it can be an illusion and you can feel it like not true or it is a dream, also when you are in dream it also can be very reality like you are in the real world then happening was so real. 
There is three main parts of monomyth: Departure, Initiation & Return. 


Firstly, the main character in the Matrix he was a programmer also is a people of computer (program) called Thomas Anderson or "Neo". He was curious about why the people called Morpheus are knowing what will happen to his around and he was start to find out the real meaning of Matrix. This will be the reason that lets him to find out the answer. This step will be same as the departure in monomyth.


Secondly, initiation of monomyth will be at the time that Neo was tested by Morpheus. Which is the red colour pill (bring him to find out the real answer for the matrix) and blue colour pill (go back to his world which is year 1999). The Neo was choose the red pill and start to find out the real answer from the real world. After that, Neo was taking a series of program test in the Matrix world prepared by Morpheus until he face the truth problems which is when he try to save Morpheus who captured by the Agents. 


Lastly, the return part of monomyth happened when Neo realize in the matrix world all is only a program created by people, it was can change by his own. After that, he was understanding how the matrix world look like and kill the agent using his true power. At the last he was safe return to the mother ship.


Beside that, the story of The Matrix was similarity with the concept of Plato's Allegory cave which both of it showed the meaning of the reality of human. From the Matrix, the world of matrix was look so realistic to the real world. If you are not communicate (connect) with real world you wont get it to the real world. From the Plato's cave,it was telling that the prisoners inside the cave only can saw the shadow. So that they saw in the shadow in cave wasn't real thing but they still will feel it was real because they only can see the shadow but not the real thing beside the shadow, only the form you can sense it from ourself  it just can be real. In short, real is achieved when our brain feel it, sense it, our mind believed it that it's real the real thing accepted from our brain. The real will be no longer real until the real's truth was revealed and being accepted. The real is when you are believe it and it will be the real, and if your mind was telling that is not true you will not believe it even the thing is the true.
